A Winning Combination: Your Licensed Builder And Design Artisan

EARNING a range of prestigious industry awards over the years provides clear evidence of the success of the partnership between Design Artisan and its network of builders.

Design Artisan’s contribution to this success is visible in the strikingly beautiful, elegant and innovative buildings that our industry-leading design team has created – available through the Our Choice, Designer and Signature options – to give pleasure to those who live in them and, just as important, enhance the built environment for everyone.

Your licensed builder is committed to maintaining the highest standards in each home they build. Each builder has access to a team of outstandingly professional tradespeople and exceptionally able sub-contractors. Making the most of their exclusive association with Design Artisan, your builder’s ability to maintain exacting on-site standards and commitment to create a better all-round product than their competitors have played a major role in winning the industry awards listed on this page.

As partners, Design Artisan and your licensed builder turn your dreams into reality and create results that have attracted the approval of senior, experienced industry judges, including those for the Queensland Master Builders’ Association (QMBA) State and Regional awards.

Gladstone’s Absolute Homes won a Queensland State Award for the Best Individual Home ($701,000 to $1 million category) in 2009 while, in 2013, the same builder won Best Display Home ($276,000 to $375,000 category) and President’s Award for one particular home. The latter award goes to the home adjudged to represent the best value for money. Emerald’s Corbett Homes won the QMBA State award in 2013 for Best Individual Home ($776,000 to $1 million category) while, in the same year, another of our licensed builders won the QMBA State award for Best Heritage Style Home.
